NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FROEHLICH TRUCKING SUP-269
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit (SUP) Application of Shannon and Mandy Froehlich (Applicants) for Froehlich Trucking SUP-269. The applicants are proposing a cottage industry use to construct a 4,000 sq-ft shop building to operate a trucking company and mechanic shop. The use is proposed on a one-acre area within a nine-acre parcel located approximately 5 1/2 miles east/southeast of Powell, on the south side of County Lane 10, with an address of 248 Lane 10. The parcel is within Farm Unit K, according to the Farm Unit Plat, described as the west 642 feet of Lot 47-Q, T55N, R98W, 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district in the Cody/Powell Rural Planning Area.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operations Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
