NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
GOLDEN WILLOW MAJOR SUBDIVISION SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan of applicants, Jon & Gael Carter, for the Golden Willow Major Subdivision. The applicant requests to split an approximately 4.27-acre residential lot from their 107-acre property. The proposed subdivision is located in Lot 5 and Lot 6 of Section 16, T55N, R101W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district, with an address of 902 Road 22, Powell.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, complete applications will be heard in the order in which they were received.
