Sign variance hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
FRENCH SIGN VARIANCE REQUESTS
On Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 9:35a.m. and 9:50a.m., the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct public hearings to consider two (2) Variance Requests for Kevin French. The applicant is proposing two (2) billboards on a property in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district. Signs within the GR-P zoning district are restricted to 80 sq. ft. The applicant is requesting a variance from the sign size restriction in order to place two billboards, each being up to 675 sq. ft. The site of the proposed signs is within a 10.9-acre parcel just east of Ralston, described as that part of Lot 15 Section 24, Lot 8 Section 25 and Lot 3 Section 26, lying South of Highway 14A, T55N, R100W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
