NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SMITH SELF STORAGE SUP-206 WITH SITE PLAN REVIEW
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 6:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit Application of Smith Self Storage SUP-206 (applicants: Seaton & Jill Smith) proposing a Commercial Storage Use. The proposed use will be located on a portion of a 76.17-acre parcel located approximately 2.1 miles east of Powell in Lot 62, T55N, R98W, 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, with an address of 578 Lane 9. This parcel is located in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, applications will be heard in the order in which they were received.
