SUMMARY PROBATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that a beneficiary of the estate of the above named decedent, Eldon L. Schmitt, has requested an Order of Summary Distribution from the Fifth Judicial District Court granting title to the real property of Janice A. Schmitt, described as:
A one-half (½) undivided interest in Lot 19, Block 2, HIGHLAND MANOR ADDITION to the City of Cody, according to the plat recorded in Book “C” of Plats at Page 18, as recorded with the Clerk and Recorder, Park County, State of Wyoming;
to her three children, Steven Vaughn, Terry Vaughn and Scott Vaughn.
It is further requested that all personal property of Janice A. Schmitt is granted to her spouse, Eldon L. Schmitt.
Notice is further given that all persons with objections to the distribution of said real property and personal property to the above named lawful beneficiaries of Janice A. Schmitt, shall immediately notify the attorney below.
