NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ROPING THE WIND MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-56) SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for the Roping the Wind Minor Subdivision (MS-56) (Applicants: Jerry & Angela Woodward). The proposed subdivision is comprised of two residential lots; one 9.04-acre lot and one 48.81-acre lot and is located in the N/2NW/4 of Section 20, Resurvey T57N, R102W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming with an address of 191 Road 8UD, Clark, in a General Rural 20-Acre (GR-20) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, complete applications will be heard in the order in which they were received.
