Ronald Franks, 70, passed away on Jan. 3, 2022.
He was preceded in death by both his parents, his sister Debra, and brother-in-law Gene.
He is survived by his sister Sharon, and his brothers Floyd and Terry.
Memorial services will be May 28, at 1 p.m., at the Presbyterian Church in Powell. Reception will follow after the service.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Ronald’s name to the Union Presbyterian Church.
