NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ADOBE FLATS MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-85)
SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for Adobe Flats Minor Subdivision (MS-85) (Applicants: Ric and Paul Rodriguez on behalf of Ric Rodriguez LLC, landowner). The proposed subdivision will create one 18.18-acre lot from a 148.04-acre parcel, resulting in a 129.86-acre exempt remainder parcel. The proposed subdivision is located within Lot 8 and Lot 9 in Section 5, SE1/4NE1/4, E1/2SE1/4 in Section 6, Resurvey, T55N, R100W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The property is in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district in the Cody/Powell Rural Planning Area, approximately 7.5 miles west of the City of Powell, on the west side of Highway 294, approximately 1/4 mile north of County Lane 8, with an address of 790 Highway 294, Powell, Wyoming.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
