NWC Surveillance Camera and Access Control Renovation
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate Sealed Bids for the NWC Surveillance Camera and Access Control Renovation will be received by Northwest College, the OWNER, at NWC Physical Plant, located at 935 Road 9 1/2, Powell, Wyoming 82435 until 2:00 p.m., prevailing local time, on January 16, 2025 (Point Architects and Northwest College, will take no responsibility for delivery of bids through mail). Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Work includes and consists of: furnishing all labor, operations, materials, accessories, incidentals, services, and equipment for work on the specific aforementioned project. The specific Work includes: Demo of existing security and addition of new security which includes card readers, ADA access and cameras and new construction to support the new access infrastructure. Materials and/or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete project shall be included in the Bid and shall conform to all Local, State, and Federal requirements in accordance with the requirements, terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions hereinafter contained. Disruptive work shall not commence sooner than January 27, 2025 and shall be final completion by August 15, 2025. The sealed bids shall reference: NCW Surveillance Camera and Access Control Renovation.
The Plans and Project Manual for the work may be reviewed and obtained at the office of Point Architects, P.O. Box 1001, 1203 Sheridan Ave, Cody, Wyoming 82414. No partial sets will be issued. Hard copies of the Plans and Project Manual will be issued at a non-refundable cost of $60.00 per set. Contact Kane Morris at 307-272-4006 or kane@pointarchitects.com to request hard copy plans. The contract documents are also available at www.QuestCDN.com. This contract is QuestCDN number 9420022. A contractor my view the contract documents at no cost prior to deciding to become a Plan holder. To be considered a Plan holder for bids, a contractor must register with QuestCDN.com and purchase the contract documents in digital form at a cost of $30.00.
Registering as a Plan holder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors as Plan holder’s will receive automatic notice of addendums and other contract document updates via QuestCDN. MANDATORY PRE-BID for NWC Surveillance Camera and Access Control Renovation, 935 Road 9 1/2, Powell, Wyoming 82435, December 11, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local time. Bidders and subcontractors or Bidder’s representative are required to attend and participate in the conference. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the bid which will be returned unopened to the Bidder.
In determining the lowest responsive proposal, The Owner will consider cost as a primary criterion in addition to whether the bidder is a responsible bidder. Northwest College, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the Owner. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by the required bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount. The bid guarantee amount shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owner. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide payment and performance bonds in an amount of at least 100% of awarded contract price.
