NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE
DISTRIBUTION
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 15th day of June, 2020, an Application for Decree Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. §2-1-205 was filed regarding the above named decedent, and was admitted to probate by the above named court, and that Andru Derek Renaud was named as Applicant and a named Distributee of the deceased, along with Forest Renaud-Fontaine as a named Distributee of the assets of the Decedent. Any objection to the Application shall be filed in the Court before the expiration of (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, or twenty (20) days after the mailing of this notice and Application, or thereafter such objections shall be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to her Estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned at and in c/o Darrah Law Office, P.C., 254 E. 2nd, Powell, WY 82435.
Creditors having claims against the decedent or the Estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers, in the office of the Clerk of said Court, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication of this notice or twenty (20) days after the mailing of this notice of Application, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.
