NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FIVESIXONE MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-90) SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for FiveSixOne Minor Subdivision (MS-90) (Applicant: Tommi Stewart). The proposed four-lot residential subdivision will create one 4.00-acre lot and three 2.62-acre lots from an 11.86-acre parcel. The proposed subdivision is within the NW1/4SW1/4 of Lot 44, Resurvey, T56N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The property is in the General Rural Powell (GR-P) Zoning District in the Cody-Powell Rural Planning Area, approximately 2.4 miles north of Powell city limits, north of County Lane 6, on the east side of County Road 8, with an address of 561 Road 8, Powell.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
