NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NEW ROOTS CAMPGROUND SUP-276
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for the New Roots Campground SUP-276. Katie Hauck Davison (applicant) on behalf of landowner Mitchell Davison) proposes three (3) dry tent sites, and a cabin. The proposed use is within a 1.20-acre parcel described as Lot 2, New Roots Vineyard & Winery SS-316, recorded in Plat Bk. Q, Pg. 52; being part of Lot 46-R, T56N R98W and Lot 46-Q, T56N R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The property is located approximately three miles northeast of Powell, with an address of 675 Lane 5, Powell, WY, in the General Rural Powell (GR-P) Zoning District.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
