NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SHERIDAN GREENHOUSE SUP-278
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for the Sheridan Greenhouse SUP-278. Della Sheridan (applicant) proposes a minor commercial use consisting of two greenhouse structures totaling 3,900 sq-ft and a 960 sq-ft office space to operate a retail greenhouse business. The proposed use is within approximately 0.75 acres of a 2.04-acre parcel described as Lot 1, Kylander SS-323, recorded in Plat Bk. Q, Pg. 82; being part of Lot 69-S, Lot 69, Resurvey, T55N R99W, of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The property is located on an unaddressed parcel, approximately one mile east of Powell, on the north side of county Lane 9, in a Rural Residential 2-Acre (RR-2) Zoning District.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
