NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MOUNTAIN CONCRETE SUP-220
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 11:30 am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for Mountain Concrete SUP-220 (Applicant: Four F’s, LLC). The applicant is proposing a Major Industrial Use for a concrete plant with gravel and sand stockpiles and a material display. The proposed use is located on a portion of an 18.98-acre parcel located approximately ¼ mile North/Northeast of Road 8 on the South side of Highway 14A, within Lot 68, T55N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a Transitional (T) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, complete applications will be heard in the order in which they were received.
