NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LLAMAS UNLIMITED SUP-193
WITH SITE PLAN REVIEW
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 6:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit Application with Site Plan Review for the Llamas Unlimited SUP-193 (Applicants Justin and Levi Gerlach). The project proposes a Dude Ranch and Resort use in order to operate a llama ranch as an educational retreat. This proposed use will be located at 5 Heart View Lane, Powell, WY on 15.03 acres described as a parcel of land in Tract 3 of Lot 63 (Resurvey), T55N, R100W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a GR-P (General Rural-Powell) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, applications will be heard in the order in which they were received and considered complete.
