Property hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Powell, Wyoming, by the governing body of the City of Powell on December 19, 2022, at 6:00 P.M., the purpose of which is to consider sale of property located in the 3rd Amended Plat Gateway West Addition, Powell, Wyoming, and more particularly described as: Lot 19. Pursuant to Wyoming Statute Section 15-1-112(b), the appraised value of the real property described herein is $40,000.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at the above time and place.
