Two local students made Black Hills State University’s Dean’s List for the spring 2019 semester.
Tia Pierce of Powell, who’s studying photography, posted a perfect 4.0 GPA this spring while taking a full-time credit load of at least 12 credit hours. Meanwhile, Brennen Blaylock of Cody, who’s studying physical education, maintained a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Pierce and Blaylock were among more than 870 full- or part-time students at the Spearfish, South Dakota, university to make the Dean’s List.
