Pickup truck quotes

Northwest Rural Water District (NRWD) is requesting quotes for one or two new, Chevrolet / GMC / Ford / Ram, one ton, four wheel drive, four door, long box, single rear wheel, four door, crew cab pickup truck(s).
Quotes will be accepted until 10:00 A.M. on Monday, 10 MAY, 2021. Quotes are to be submitted on this form, signed by a duly authorized agent of the supplier, and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “One Ton, Four Wheel Drive, Crew Cab Pickup Truck”, addressed to: District Manager, Northwest Rural Water District, P O Box 2347, 526 Stone Street, Cody, WY 82414.
The District Manager will open said quotes on Monday, 10 MAY, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Quotes submitted by telephone, telegraph or facsimile will not be accepted. The Northwest Rural Water District reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to waive any and all informalities, to negotiate final terms with the successful dealer, and the right to disregard any or all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional quotes.
