Peggy Thiel, 93, of Riverton, Wyoming, passed away Oct. 18, 2024 at Sage West Hospital-Riverton. No services are planned per Peggy’s request.
Peggy was born Aug. 18, 1931 in Lyman, Nebraska, to Rollie and Leona Miller.
After moving to Wyoming, Peggy worked as a cook and housekeeper at various places in the state.
She loved music, gardening and fishing. Peggy was a member of the United Methodist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Peggy is survived by daughter, Nancy Lewison; son, John (Jonna) Connett; daughter-in-law, Nadine Dike; grandchildren, Allan, David, Daniel, Jessica, Everett, Hanna and Loren; numerous great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by parents, Rollie and Leona Miller; husbands, Charles Dike, Woody Connett and Larry Thiel; son, Hershel Dike; granddaughter, Angela; grandson, Kevin; siblings: infant sister, Shirley Mae, Keith Miller, Jack Miller and Betty Jo Rexus.
