Dear Editor:

I bought the Aug. 19 Powell Tribune to check on the Farmers’ Market, as I only buy homegrown tomatoes. I am also involved with letters to the editor on Page 4. I am a Vietnam veteran and a retired National Park Service park ranger who gave various public programs. 

Your letters that day made me wonder if you have access to any truthful news sources over there, like Fox News or Newsmax. If the New York Times, Washington Post, ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC or CNN reported the truth, or even mentioned it instead of lying to cover for Biden, his real approval wouldn’t break 20%.

The Afghan disaster, our open border, natural weather (I believe we had hurricanes, tornados, and fires before the Industrial Revolution) and the lack of TRUTH coming out of Washington, D.C., have our country facing the greatest disaster ever, PERIOD.

Let’s start with election laws. We have citizen IDs for so much of what we do, such as drive and fly, but not to vote. Why is that? So Democrats can cheat!

Congress wants to investigate Jan 6, 2021 where one person was shot and killed in the capital by a capital police officer, but we do not investigate the “mostly peaceful” riots across the country. Law enforcement is a joke in California and New York. When will illegal aliens or unvetted Afghans be sent to Wyoming without notification to officials?

We do not have trillions and trillions to spend on programs designed to keep Democrats in power for forever. Does anyone think any of the Biden family’s millions and millions are going to stimulate the economy? Does anyone really believe there will end up being more than one candidate running against Liz Cheney in our no-recall, no-runoff primary? Does anyone up on the non-fake news not know that Fauci was involved in gain of function research at the Wuhan lab and that U.S. taxpayer dollars were sent there through his “connections” with Peter Daszak?

Do people really believe masks work? What about natural immunity? Do we ignore that? Did no one really die of the regular flu in 2020? Do people killed in car crashes or of cancer actually die of COVID, or did hospitals just get thousands for reporting COVID-connected deaths? When will science and the TRUTH stop being ignored?

Thank you to the writer of the last letter on that page. Biden will desecrate Ground Zero, the Pentagon and Shanksville on 9/11 for a photo op. Treason abounds in our nation’s capital for giving aid and comfort to our enemies. You have a bell ringing at the firehouse on 9/11. Attend.

I hope I don’t end up in a D.C. jail as a domestic terrorist for the bell ringing I am organizing for Veterans Memorial Park in Lovell on 9/11.
