One Rock hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ONE ROCK MS-35 SKETCH PLAN
On Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to review the Sketch Plan of One Rock Minor Subdivision (MS-35) (Applicants: Steve and Linda Sweet). The applicants request to vacate Lot 1 of the Rodriguez Simple Subdivision (SS-186) and create four lots; one 10-acre lot, one 6.24-acre lot, one 4.39-acre lot and one 3.26-acre lot for residential/agricultural use. The parcel is located northeast of the intersection of Lane 8 and State Highway 294, Resurvey T55N, R100W, 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave. Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date.
