Notice is hereby given the Town of Frannie, Wyoming, will accept sealed bids for the following listed municipal property:
SE4NE4NW4: NE4SE4NW4 6 57 97 36 AC BK83-416/MF7-373
The subject property is approximately 36 acres and is located adjacent to Road One-Half and Lane 3 in Big Horn County, Wyoming. Said property shall be sold to the successful bidder AS IS, WHERE IS.
There is a minimum bid requirement for the sale of this property in the amount of $29,000.00. Sealed bids are to be delivered/mailed to 305 5th Street-PO Box 72, Frannie, WY 82423 by 12:00 P.M. on Friday, September 2, 2022. Bids will be publicly opened in the Meeting Room of the Frannie Town Hall located at 305 5th Street on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 7:00 P.M.
Potential buyers should be aware of any building and zoning restrictions and are encouraged to investigate any site conditions and limitations.
The Town reserves the right to waive any informality or accept or reject any or all bids and to accept the bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Frannie.
