Blue Bell Properties, LLC intends to subdivide a Parcel 1: Township 55 North, Range 98 west, 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming. Lot 63: A portion of Lot 63-G, being a part of Farm Unit “P”, more particularly described by metes and bounds, into two lots simple subdivision containing 2.5 and 7.5 acres, more or less. This is a parcel of land with a residential dweling.
And Parcel 2: Farm Unit “F”, or the Lot sixty-three “F” (63-F) of lot sixty-three (63) Township 55 North, Range 98 West, 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming. Lot 63: A portion of Lot 63F, being a portion of Farm Unit “F” according to the Farm Unit Plat, more particularly described by metes and bounds, into five lot minor subdivision containing 3.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8.5, 7.5 acres, more or less. This is a vacant parcel with no buildings.
Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 are located at 527 Lane 8 1/2, Powell and is within the General Rural Powell (GR-P) Zoning district.
