Jensvold Enterprises, LLC intends to subdivide a 22.47 acre parcel of land located in Lot 62-L of Lot 62, T. 55 N., R. 98 W. of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming lying south of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 62-L, from which the northwest corner thereof bears N. 00º00’03” E. a distance of 500.36 feet; thence S. 87º36’14” E. a distance of 435.48 feet; thence S. 49º02’42” E. a distance of 109.40 feet; thence S. 82º20’30” E. a distance of 396.82 feet; thence N. 88º32’14” E. a distance of 235.09 feet; thence N. 64º04’49” E. a distance of 192.30 feet to the east line
of said Lot 62-L into two lots containing 9.22 acres and 13.25 acres, more or less. There is an existing house located on one of the proposed lots. The property is located at 955 Road 6 and is within the General Rural Powell (GR-P) Zoning district.
