NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MOUNTAIN VIEW KENNEL SUP-271
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 10:20am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider a Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for the Mountain View Kennel SUP-271 (applicant/owner: Rudy Yoder). The applicant is proposing a cottage industry use to construct a 640 sq-ft shop building to operate a dog breeding kennel. The use is proposed on approximately one-half acre within an 80.25-acre parcel located approximately 4.5 miles southeast of Powell, directly north of County Lane 12 on the east side of County Road 4. The property address is 1173 Road 4, Powell. The parcel is within Farm Unit D, according to the Farm Unit Plat, described as the SW/4SW/4 and Tract 11 in Section 27 T55N, R98W, 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming. The property is within a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district, in the Cody/Powell Rural Planning Area.
