James D. Roemmich, has filed with the District Court of Park County, Wyoming, Probate No. 10345, an application for a decree setting over to Kenneth G. Mees the following described real property:
The South 50 feet of the North 350 feet of the West half (W1/2) of Block 18, original Town (now City) of Powell, Wyoming.
If no objections are filed with the Court on or before thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this notice, upon 18th day of July, 2022 at 8:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Courtroom of the District Court in Park County in Cody, Wyoming, the Court will consider the application and may enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property.
