NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL ESTATE
Notice is given that on March 2, 2020, Jacob E. Mathis, beneficiary pursuant to Wyoming Laws of Intestate Succession, respectively, filed with the Clerk of the above Court his Applications for Summary Distribution of Real Estate pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, the prayer of which is that the District Court enter a Decree of Distribution for decedent’s personal property and the interest in the real estate located in Park County, Wyoming, more specifically found in:
LOT 1, BLOCK 4, IN THE CARY ADDITION TO THE TOWN (NOW CITY) OF POWELL, COUNTY OF PARK, STATE OF WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN THE RECORDS OF THE COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER FOR THE COUNTY OF PARK IN THE STATE OF WYOMING
Any person or person disputing the application are required to file their dispute in the office of the Clerk of said Court on or before 30 days after the date of the first publication of this Notice, and if such claims are not so filed, they will be forever barred.
