NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY
ROGER MICHAEL MARTIN, Successor Trustee under the terms of a Declaration of Trust entitled “Declaration of Trust, the 2007 Grant R. Martin Family Trust, u/d/t, dated January 22, 2007, is the claiming distributee of the above decedent, has filed with the District Court of Park County, in Cody, Wyoming, an Application for Decree setting over to the claiming distributees, the following described property:
That certain real and personal property more particularly described as follows:
Any and all capital credits held in the name of Grant R. Martin, a/k/a, Grant Rodger Martin by Garland Light and Power Company, 755 Highway 14A, Powell, WY 82435;
Mineral interest: all oil, gas, and other minerals in, on and under the following described property:
Township 56 North of Range 99 West of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming
Farm Unit “C” according to the Farm Unit Plat, or Section 30: Lot 10
Lot 50: Tract 4
The claiming distributee is Roger Michael Martin, Successor Trustee of the Grant R. Martin Family Trust, u/d/t, dated January 22, 2007.
Upon the 26th day of March, 2019, at 11:45 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Courtroom in the Courthouse in Cody, Wyoming, this Court will consider the application of Roger Michael Martin and may enter a Decree of Distribution establishing the right, title and interest into the property.
