NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Mandie Mae Major Subdivision
Tuesday, March 19th, 2019 at 10:50 a.m. the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to review the Preliminary Plat for the Mandie Mae Major Subdivision (Applicant: Robert O. Taylor). The proposed subdivision is comprised of one 2.55-acre lot and one 7.45-acre lot, each for residential use. This parcel is located at 940 Lane 11, Powell, WY in Lot 4 of Lot 51 Subdivision, within Lot 51-B, Resurvey T55N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY, in a GR-P (General Rural Powell) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
