NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COPPER MOUNTAIN SHED SALES SUP-232
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at 1:00 pm, the Park County Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for Copper Mountain Shed Sales SUP-232 (Applicant: Gerald Loewen). The applicant is proposing a minor commercial business use to operate a storage shed sales business. The proposed use will be located within a 7.05-acre parcel west of Powell, immediately northeast of the intersection of Highway 14A and County Road 11. The property is described as the SW1/4SW1/4 of Lot 64, Resurvey T55N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district with an address of 999 Road 11, Powell. Copper Mountain Irrigation operates on the same property.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operations Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
