NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 5th day of May, 2025, an application was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Powell by CJ Foods LLC to Transfer Ownership of local Retail Liquor License currently held by KBLA, Inc which transfer of ownership request is for the following building located at: 331 W Coulter Ave Powell, WY and protests, if any there be against the issuance of this license will be heard at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025 in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
