Library work bids
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Groathouse Construction, Inc. and Park County, Wyoming request qualified subcontractor bids for work on Powell Library Powell, Wyoming. Emailed bids will be accepted at bids@groathouse.com until 1:00 p.m. (MST) on August 5, 2024. Hand delivered bids will be accepted at Groathouse Construction, Inc. 3630 Big Horn Ave., Cody, Wyoming 82414 until 2:00 p.m. (MST) on August 5, 2024 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Prevailing Wages will apply on this project as defined by Wyoming State Statutes Section 27-4-401.
The Project includes the following Bid Packages for bid: BP2A – Earthwork & Site Utilities, BP23B – Building Demolition
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on: July 29th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (MST). Location: Powell Library 217 E. 3rd Street, Powell, WY. Pre-Bid Conference attendance is mandatory for all bidders.
All prospective subcontractors must receive notice from Groathouse Construction, Inc. that they are Qualified to bid. Qualification forms and Contract Documents will be available from Groathouse Construction, Inc. after July 22, 2024.
