Library subcontractor bids
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Groathouse Construction, Inc. and Park County, Wyoming request qualified subcontractor bids for work on Powell Library – Phase Three, Powell, Wyoming. Emailed bids will be accepted at bids@groathouse.com until 1:00 p.m. (MT) on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025. Hand delivered bids will be accepted at Groathouse Construction, Inc. 3630 Big Horn Ave., Cody, Wyoming 82414 until 2:00 p.m. (MT) on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Prevailing Wages will apply on this project as defined by Wyoming State Statutes Section 27-4-401.
The Project includes the following Bid Packages for bid: BP4A – Masonry, BP7A - Gypsum Board Assemblies, BP7C – Acoustic Ceiling, BP8A – Building Insulation, BP8B – Architectural Metal, BP8D – Membrane Roofing, BP9A – Doors & Hardware Material, BP10 – Aluminum Doors & Windows, BP12 – Painting, BP13A – Ceramic Tile, BP13C – Resilient Flooring & Carpet, BP14A – Architectural Casework, BP16G – Window Coverings, BP18C – Fire Protection, BP20C – Landscaping, BP21A – Asphalt Paving, BP21C – Pavement Markings
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on: Tuesday March 11th, 2025 at 10:00a.m. (MT). Location: Microsoft Teams
