TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 25th day of June, 2021, Ayla Berger made application for a Decree of Distribution of the assets of Charles R. Lawrence (also known as Charles Lawrence), including the following-described real property:
Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 7, Original Town of Garland, as located in Book “D” of plats, Page 10, according to the records of the County Clerk and Recorder of Park County, State of Wyoming.
Any person or persons disputing the application are required to file their dispute in the office of the Clerk of said Court, on or before thirty days after the date of the first publication of this Notice, and, if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.
