NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
KODIAK MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-45) SKETCH PLAN
On Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to review the Sketch Plan of Kodiak Minor Subdivision (MS-45) (Applicant: Kodiak Properties, LLC). The proposed subdivision is comprised of five lots; one 1.61-acre lot, one 5.03-acre lot, one 6.13-acre lot, one 8.62-acre lot and one 8.63-acre lot, each designated for residential use. The proposed subdivision is located approximately 2.24 miles east of Powell on County Lane 8 1/2 on a 30-acre parcel owned by Jerry Maneval and described as part of Farm Unit K Less 10 acres in the NE Corner, Lot 63, T55N, R98W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district, with an address of 566 Lane 8 1/2.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave. Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date.
