NOTICE OF AFFIDAVIT AND APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION.
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE: You are hereby notified that on the 31st day of July, 2020, an Affidavit and Application for Summary Distribution (the “Application”) was filed by Petitioners Janice K. Jones, Scott D. Jones, Darin N. Jones and Sandra E. Lee (collectively, “Petitioners”) as Probate No. 10099 in the District Court, Fifth Judicial District, in and for Park County, Wyoming. In the Application, Petitioners claim the property of the estate of the decedent, Douglas DeWayne Jones, more particularly described in the Application. Any objections to the Application must be filed in the above-named Court within thirty (30) days of September 1, 2020, the date of the first publication of this notice, and if such claims are not so filed, they will be forever barred.
