Jensvold Enterprises, LLC intends to subdivide a 22.47-acre parcel of land located in Lot 62-L lying south of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 62-L of Lot 62, T55, R98 of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming into two lots containing 8 ½ acres and 14 acres, more or less. There is an existing house located on one of the proposed lots. The property is located at 955 Road 6 and is within the General Rural Powell (GR-P) Zoning district.
