The inaugrual Powell American Legion Cornhole tournament, held at Heart Mountain Hall at the Park County Fairgrounds last weekend, drew hundreds of participants of all skill levels and spectators.
One of the most unusual spectacles at the event was Rapid City’s Jordan Huneke, who thrilled onlookers with her gymnastic-like style of play.
“She doesn’t hold back on some individual dexterity and skill in her game,” said Edward Morrow of her flips and cartwheels. “It kind of reminded us of the Globetrotter show on the basketball court and certainly is a unique combination of gymnastics and cornhole,” he said.
