AMENDED NOTICE OF PETITION FOR DECREE
OF DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY
Noralee A. Hoefer, as one of the claiming distributees of Wilda A. Hoefer deceased, has filed with the District Court of Park County, at Cody, Wyoming, an amended application for a Decree setting over to Noralee A. Hoefer and Sharon L. Siring as tenants in common the following described real property:
situate in Park County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Township 52 North, Range 101 West, 6th P.M.
That portion of Resurvey Lot No. 67, formerly described under the old and original survey as the W½SW¼ of Section 14 and the SE¼SE¼ of Section 15, Township 52 North, Range 101 West, 6th P.M.,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of the SE¼SE¼ of said Section 15 lying south of the Cody Canal, also;
That portion of Resurvey Lot 44, described under the old and original survey as the SW¼NW¼ of Section 14, Township 52 North, Range 101 West, 6th P.M., also;
Resurvey Lots B, G, H, I, and J described under the old and original survey as the SE¼NE¼, NE¼SE¼, W½NE¼, and the NW¼SE¼ of Section 15, Township 52 North, Range 101 West, 6th P.M., consisting of 90 net mineral acres, more or less.
Said Amended Application for summary decree of distribution of real property is on file and available for inspection in the office of the Clerk of District Court, Park County, Wyoming. If there are no objections to said Petition after 30 days have elapsed from the first date of publication of this Notice and it appears that the facts set forth in the Petition are not in dispute, the Court will enter a Decree of Distribution establishing Noralee A. Hoefer and Sharon L. Siring , as joint tenant owners of this property.
