NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HIMES HOMESTEAD MINOR SUBDIVISION
(MS-75) SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for the Himes Homestead Minor Subdivision (MS-75) (Applicants: Ron & Penny Himes). The proposed subdivision is comprised of three lots; one 34.11-acre lot, one 2.50-acre lot and one 3.05-acre lot, each for residential and agricultural use. The proposed subdivision is within a parcel described as Lot 75-Z and Lot 75-AA, T55N, R98W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The property is approximately three miles southeast of Powell, in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district, with an address of 595 Lane 11 1/2, Powell.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
