NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HECHT COMMUNICATION TOWER SUP-226
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Application of Scott Hecht proposing a Major Utility Use for a 160’ communication tower to replace an existing tower. The proposed tower will be located within a 9.03-acre parcel approximately 1.5 miles south of Powell with an address of 1110 Road 9. The parcel is described as part of Lot 51-A, Resurvey T55N, R99W, 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, and is located in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operations Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, applications will be heard in the order in which they were received.
