Mountain Spirit Habitat for Humanity is still accepting applications for 2025 new home builds. Mountain Spirit Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization in Park County directly addressing affordable housing.
Habitat does not give away houses; instead, future homeowners partner with the nonprofit organization to build and pay an affordable mortgage. In 2024, Mountain Spirit Habitat for Humanity built two homes in Cody. The application period closes Dec. 31, 2024.
Homeowner selection will be decided early 2025.
