The Good Old Boys league at Powell Golf Club played “Cha-Cha-Cha” this week.
Jerry Linsdau, Clark Jeffs, Rhett Wolff and Thom Seliga finished in first place on Tuesday with a score of 131. In second, Larry Hedderman, Dennis McCollum, Bill Hendricks and John Chase logged a score of 134.
Bob Parsons, Mike Hernandez, David Frost and Jim Tobin’s score of 138 was good enough for third place. Fourth went to Jerry Scheafer, Kevin Lineback, Bob Mason and Lloyd Snyder with a 140. And finishing fifth with a 150 was the team of Cas Seago, Buddy Rae, Ray Nelson and Howard Whitlock.
Three deuces were carded — two by Jeffs on holes 4 and 17 and one by Linsdau on hole 15. Hendricks finished with the low net and gross scores with a 70 and 79, respectively.
