Notice of Intent to Distribute Trust Property
To all persons and creditors of David A. Gialdini:
You are hereby notified that any claim against the assets of David A. Gialdini or the David A. Gialdini Trust dated November 21, 1976 shall be submitted to the Trustees named below at the listed address within 120 days following the first date of this Notice’s publication. In accordance with W.S. 4-10-507, if such claims are not so filed, then unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred and the Trustee shall fully and finally distribute the property of the settlor under the terms of the Trust.
