NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TCT GARLAND TOWER SUP-199
On Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 11:20 a.m., the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit Application for the TCT Garland Tower SUP-199 (Applicant: TCT, Inc.). The project proposes a Major Utility use for a 150’ communications tower. The proposed use will be located on un-zoned Bureau of Reclamation land located approximately 5 miles Northeast of Powell just east of the intersection of Lane 5 and Highway 114, T56N, R98W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date.
