NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FUNNY FARM FEEDS SUP-201
On Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 11:40 a.m., the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit Application for Funny Farm Feeds SUP-201 (Applicant: Ronnie Gillett). The project proposes a Value-Added Agriculture use to allow manufacturing of animal feed pellets. This proposed use will be located on an unaddressed site west of Ralston, north of US Highway 14A and just south of County Lane 11, T55N, R100W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date.
