FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SERVICES
CONSTRUCTION OF PARK COUNTY CORONER FACILITY
Park County, Wyoming is seeking proposals from qualified construction contractors to provide design and construction phase services to develop a new County Coroner facility. Park County is interested in entering into a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) arrangement whereby the selected contractor will work with representatives from Park County in designing and constructing a new County Coroner facility which is to be located just east of the Law Enforcement Center in Cody, Wyoming.
Sealed Proposals are due Monday December 16, 2019 at 5:00 PM at the office of the County Clerk. Request for Proposal packets including project specifics, proposal requirements, and conceptual plans can be obtained by contacting:
