Diana Gail (Miller) Fulton, was born on Nov. 30, 1966, to Nancy (Murdock) Miller and Carnie D. Miller. She passed away on Nov. 14, 2021. She was preceded in death by her father.

Diana loved life with her whole heart. She was passionate about her family, her friends and her work. She had endless stories about her friends and co-workers at Southside Elementary and the children she was blessed to work with.

“She was truly a beacon of light at the school,” said Southside Principal Scott Schiller.

This light showed when past and present students flocked to her in public, or at the drive-in theater, where she also loved to work with her big sister.

Hosting or adding to holiday events with the in-laws came naturally to Diana, and everyone couldn’t wait to see what she would come up with and how embarrassing it might be this time.

Diana was amazingly talented at crafting and always had a project “in the works.” Her favorite craft time was after Thanksgiving dinner when all the sisters, nieces and nephews would come to create. She always had multiple projects for them and nobody went home without a masterpiece.

Diana will be missed every day by so many people that she felt blessed to be around. We were the blessed ones for getting to be in her light for the time we had.

Diana is survived by her husband Troy; and sons, Nathan Robert of Moorcroft, and Noah Troy of Powell, and Nicholas Todd of Powell; and grandson Kayden Robert of Rapid City. She is also survived by her mother Nancy; sisters, Suzanne Patterson of Powell, Kathleen Heny of Powell, and Jeanne Page; and brothers, Mike Miller of Utah, Tim Miller of Powell and Steve Miller of Oregon.

A viewing will be held on Friday, Nov. 19, from 6-8 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 20, at St. Barbara’s Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
