CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT
Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Spomer Construction Co., Inc. to operate the Hart Garland Mine. The Hart Garland Mine is located within Lots 53J, 53I, and 53P of Section 15, T55N, R98W, approximately three (3) miles south-southeast of Garland, in Park County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F015690 and permit number P0039652 or A0017500. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Park County Library, Cody, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
