SUMMARY PROBATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that a beneficiary of the estate of the above named decedent, Kevin Dell, has requested an Order of Summary Distribution from the Fifth Judicial District Court granting title to the real property of Thomas Junior Dell, described as:
A tract of land in Section 20, (being described as part of Resurvey Lots 61 and 63), Township 52 North, Range 93 West of the 6th P.M., Big Horn County, Wyoming, described as follows:
Commencing at Corner No. 3 of Lot 63 in said Township and Range; thence N53°00’E, 579 feet to the point of beginning; thence N42°42’E, 853.5 feet; thence N29°41 ‘W, 543.2 feet; thence S42°42’W, 853.5 feet; thence S29°41 ‘E, 543.2 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, lands contained within Highway US 20.
And
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, lands conveyed to Jeffrey J. McManus and Barbara I. McManus, in Warranty Deed recorded April 18, 2000, in Book MF50, at page 675.
to his two sons, Kevin Dell and Shannon Dell, in equal shares.
It is further requested that all personal property of Thomas Junior Dell is granted to his sons, Kevin Dell and Shannon Dell in equal shares.
Notice is further given that all persons with objections to the distribution of said real property and personal property to the above named lawful beneficiaries of Thomas Junior Dell, shall immediately notify the attorney below.
